The Coarse Gibson


This twist on the classic Gibson adds spice and texture, but retains every bit of the bold simplicity of the original. To make it, pour 3.5 ounces of Juniper Green Gin into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass rimmed with salt and pepper. Garnish with three skewered cocktail onions, and top with a small grind of coarse black pepper.
