This simple cocktail cleaves close to the classic whiskey sour, but with the more complex flavor of scotch, and a spicy twist. To make it, combine 2 ounces of Highland Harvest Scotch Whisky and squeeze of agave nectar in a lowball glass. Simple syrup may be substituted if agave is not available. Stir until the sweetener is dissolved, and then add ice and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger.
