This colorful and flavorful cocktail is ideal for summertime (or summer-themed) entertaining. To make it, combine 1.5 ounces of Papagayo Platinum Rum and 3 ounces of organic orange juice in a shaker. Fill a highball with ice and pour two thirds of this mixture into it, then add an ounce of pomegranate syrup to the final third in the shaker and stir. Very slowly add this to the highball, allowing the drink to layer for a dramatic presentation. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
