The Bloodhound


Start by submerging five or six halved organic strawberries in 500ml of Juniper Green Gin in a sealed glass container. Allow this to infuse for 4-6 days.  When the gin has turned pink and has taken on a distinct strawberry smell, combine 2 ounces of the infused gin, 1 ounce of Cocchi Americano and 1 ounce of Cocchi Rosa in a shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with skewered strawberry slices.
