This dramatic tropical cocktail lives up to its flamboyant name in every respect, and offers a surefire way to liven up any gathering. To make it, place one third of a cup of diced mango in a martini shaker. Douse liberally with high-proof bitters, such as Cocktail Punk Bitters. Ignite the bitters and allow it to burn off for 2 or 3 seconds to caramelize the mango. Next, place the mango in a shaker and add 3 ounces of Papagayo Spiced Rum and an ounce of coffee liqueur, such as Vapor Distillery’s Arrosto Coffee Liqueur, and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a mango slice and a sprig of mint.
