This creation from mixologist Armando Rosario makes delicious use of one of the world’s most antioxidant rich foods, the blueberry. Begin by combining 1 ounce of fresh-squeezed lime juice, 4-6 mint leaves, and 3-4 blueberries in a mixer. Muddle. Add 2 ounces of Papagayo Organic Platinum Rum and 1 ounce of agave nectar (simple syrup may be substituted if agave is not available). Stir. Pour into a tall glass with ice, garnished with mint.
