The Papagayo Cinnamon Raisin Infusion

This sweet infusion begins with ½ a cup of organic raisins placed in a sealed glass container with 500mL of Papagayo Platinum Rum. Allow this to infuse for 7 days, then add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and allow the infusion to continue for another 2 days, or longer if you desire a more intense cinnamon flavor. Serve hot in a mug with a dollop of steamed milk, in the style of a macchiato.
