This creamy, luscious original cocktail comes to us from the ace mixologists at Boulder cocktail and sushi hotspot Japango. To create it for yourself, begin with 1 ounce of Juniper Green organic gin and 1 ounce of Tozai Snow Maiden nigori sake in a shaker. Add 0.5 ounces of fresh-squeezed lemon juice and shake over ice. Pour into a cordial glass. In a separate glass, muddle one sugar cube, 0.5 ounces of egg white, and 0.25 ounces of lemon juice. Dry shake until the egg is frothy, then pour it over the cocktail. Finish with 0.5 ounces of Creme de Violette and garnish with an edible flower and a lemon twist.
