This fresh, delicately-flavored cocktail comes to us from mixologist James Lee. Begin with a slice of fresh ginger root in a mixer. Muddle. Next, add 2 ounces of Juniper Green Gin, 0.5 ounces Three Pins Alpine Liqueur. 0.75 ounces of lemon juice, 0.75 ounces of agave water (1:1 mix of agave nectar and water, simple syrup may be subsituted), 3 ounces of Pekoe Sunny Green tea (or a green tea of your choosing), and ice. Shake and then strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a basil leaf and a lemon wheel.
