Hapa’s Cucumber Gimlet

The tasty twist on a classic lowball comes to use from mixologist Alexis Potts at Hapa in Boulder. Begin with 2 ounces of Vodka 14 in a shaker. Add 3 thin slices of seedless English cucumber and muddle. Add a pinch of salt, 0.75 ounces of fresh-squeezed lime juice, 0.5 ounces simple syrup, and a dash of rose water. Stir. Serve in a rocks glass with a lime and cucumber garnish.
