This exceptional combination of summertime flavors comes to us from mixologist Chris Horton. To craft it for yourself, muddle a 1 ounce chunk of watermelon and 2 lemon wedges. Strain into a lowball glass. Add 1.5 ounces of Papagayo Organic Platinum Rum and 1.5 ounces of fresh pureed watermelon. Stir thoroughly and fill with ice, topping off with a splash of soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
