This unique cocktail takes chocolate stout, a delicious brew to begin with, to new heights. Begin with 1.5 ounces of Papagayo Platinum Rum and 4 ounces of chocolate stout, such as Bison Organic Chocolate Stout, in a mixer. Add 1 ounce of organic agave nectar or simple syrup.
