Papagayo Peaches and Cream

Place a third of a cup of crushed ice, two ounces of Papagayo Organic Spiced Rum, and two ounces of peach schnapps in a blender. Add a whole ripe (or even a little over ripe) organic peach with the pit removed, and 1.5 ounces of heavy cream or half-and-half. Blend until a frothy consistency is achieved and serve in a lowball glass, garnished with a fresh peach slice and a sprig of mint.
