The Banana and Orange Frozen Daiquiri


The frozen variety of daiquiri is a warm-weather classic. Add some tropical flair with this simple recipe: Begin with 1.5 cups of sliced banana, 0.5 cups of thawed organic orange juice concentrate, and 0.5 cups of Papagayo Platinum Rum in a blender. Start the blender and add about 30 ice cubes, one at a time, blending until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately. Makes 5 servings.
