English Cucumber Infusion


This unbelievably refreshing and unbelievably simple cocktail begins with 5-7 thin diagonal slices of fresh seedless English cucumber, with the peel still on. Insert the cucumber directly into a 750ml bottle of Vodka 14, or another sealed glass container with about 500mL of Vodka 14 in it. Allow it to steep at room temperature to taste, typically about 7 days. To serve, strain out the cucumber and shake over ice. Serve ice cold in a martini glass with fresh cucumber slices as a garnish.
