This tangerine-flavored take on the classic rum variant of the caipirinha comes to us from mixologist Armando Rosario. In a shaker, combine 1 ounce of agave nectar for sweetness (simple syrup may be substituted), one lime, quartered, and one tangerine, quartered. Muddle. Add 1.5 ounces of Papagayo Organic Platinum Rum, shake and pour (do not strain) into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lime and tangerine slices.
