The Blackberry Mojito

This fruit-infused twist on the classic mojito comes to us from mixologist Chris Horton. Begin by muddling 4 blackberries, 4 mint sprigs, and 3 lime wedges. Add 1.5 ounces of Papagayo Platinum Rum and fill with ice, topping off with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
