Mixologist Armando Rosario offers up this naturally-sweetened treat. Begin with 2-4 fresh strawberries, fresh basil leaves, and an ounce of Meyer lemon juice. Muddle. Add 2 ounces of Juniper Green Gin, and 1 ounce of agave nectar (simple syrup may be substituted). Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnished with a strawberry. For a dramatic variation, try floating several drops of balsamic vinegar.
