Summer Garden Gin and Tonic

Cucumbers are now in season, and their crisp flavor pairs uniquely well with gin, making the perfect cocktail for summer evenings. To create this simple cocktail, muddle a slice of English cucumber and two sprigs mint in Collins glass. Add 3 ounces of Juniper Green London Dry Gin and stir, allowing the cucumber and mint flavors to infuse in the glass. Top off with 4 ounces of tonic water and ice. Stir and garnish with a cucumber wheel and a sprig of mint.
