The Venetian Cosmo

Santiago Wilkenson at Boulder’s Mediterranean Restaurant, affectionately known as The Med, crafted this new twist on the classic Cosmopolitan to perfectly suit the kind of diverse flavors the famed restaurant serves up.  Start with 2 ounces of Vodka 14. Add 1 ounce of Cointreau, 0.5 ounces of Leopold’s New England Cranberry liqueur, 0.5. ounces of fresh-squeezed blood orange juice, and 3 ounces of Prosecco. Shake (gently!) and strain into a martini glass.
