Cucumber Dill Martini

Mixologist Armando Rosario offers up this tasty, organic twist on the cucumber martini: In a shaker, muddle a sprig of fresh organic dill, 1 ounce of fresh-squeezed lime juice, and two slices of organic English cucumber. Add 2 ounces of Vodka 14 and 0.5 ounces of agave nectar (simple syrup can be substituted), shake with ice, and strain through a fine strainer into a martini glass. Add 2-3 slices of cucumber and a dill sprig as garnish.
