The delectable mix of lime, blackcurrant, and elderflower liqueur back up the clean taste of Juniper Green in this exceptional cocktail from mixologist Stan Usinowicz at Boulder sushi hotspot Hapa. To craft it, begin with two ounces of Juniper Green Organic London Dry Gin in a cocktail shaker. Add half an ounce of St. Germain elderflower liqueur, a splash of créme de cassis, one ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice, and a small splash of seltzer. Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a martini glass, garnished with a twist of lime.
