Tea is quite an exotic substance, a blend of herb leaves, flowers, and other botanicals ready to infuse in water. But tea will infuse in more than just water. This cocktail from The Pinyon takes the sophisticated taste of Earl Grey tea and uses it as the basis for one remarkable, and remarkably simple, infused vodka cocktail. Begin with your choice of organic Earl Grey tea, and allow it to steep in Vodka 14 overnight in a sealed glass container. Take an ounce of this infusion and shake it over ice with an ounce of Leopold Bros Three Pins Herbal Liqueur, the juice of a quarter lemon, the juice of a quarter orange, and 1/4 ounce honey or simple syrup. Stir. Garnish with a clove-spiked lemon wedge.
