The Juniper Ginsecco

A simple, sparkling treat based on the classic Count Currey, recreated here with all organic ingredients. Start with an ounce and a half of Juniper Green Gin in a martini shaker with ice. Add one teaspoon of powdered organic sugar, a generous squeeze of  juice from an organic orange, and three ounces of chilled Giol Prosecco from Organic Vintners and stir. Strain into a champagne flute.
