
The Italian Greyhound, featuring Vodka 14, comes to us from Boulder eatery Aion and uses amaretto to spin the classic Greyhound in a new direction.
Start with 1.5 ounces of Vodka 14 in a lowball glass. Add to this half an ounce of Disaronno amaretto, a bittersweet Italian almond liqueur, and 3 ounces of fresh pink grapefruit juice. Stir and serve on the rocks.
