The Bolero

This cocktail pairs apple with rum, a surprisingly natural combination, and turns to cider for some sweetness without syrupiness. In a shaker, pour one and a half ounces of Papagayo Organic Platinum Rum, 3/4 of and ounce of fresh apple cider, and a quarter teaspoon of sweet vermouth. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with ground nutmeg.
