Robert Roi

This dressed-up variation updates the classic Rob Roy, which dates to 1894, making it literally one of the oldest cocktails in the book. In a double old fashioned glass, add ice cubes, three ounces of Highland Harvest Organic Scotch Whisky, an ounce of red vermouth and 3/4 of an ounce of cassis liqueur.    Add two ounces of sparking water and a squeeze of lime.  Stir.
