It’s soda fountain meets southern sun in this rum-spiked treat. Start with two ounces Papagayo Organic Fair Trade Platinum Rum, and one ounce organic half-and-half. Combine these with ice in a tall 8-ounce glass with 3/4 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of sugar. Slowly add about four ounces of soda water while stirring, until the drink becomes frothy. Finish with a garnish of chocolate shavings and serve with a straw.
